If you know me, you know I’ve always had a soft spot for our local businesses — cheering them on, photographing their magic, and helping them show the world what they do best.

So, when Julie from Commons Espresso Bar approached me about taking on their social media content AND professional photography, it honestly lit a spark in me. This is the stuff I love — storytelling, creativity, connection, and helping small businesses shine.

I’ve been sitting with this for a little while…

This little photography dream of mine has grown in ways I never expected, and it’s all because of the people who’ve believed in me — the families who’ve trusted me with their memories, the mums who’ve let me capture their babies, the dads who’ve laughed their way through sessions, the small businesses who’ve invited me into their world and of course the most amazing weddings!!

Every photo I take… it means something to me.
It’s someone’s story.
Someone’s legacy.
Someone’s moment they’ll never get back.

And I’m so grateful that I get to be the one to freeze it.

She didn’t just marry Brian and Brogan — she MC’d the night, kept the energy high, the laughs flowing, and the whole day running like she’d been part of their story from the very beginning.

Yesterday I had the absolute privilege of capturing Brian and Brogan’s wedding at Little House on Rose in Wee Waa. What a day — stunning, emotional, and overflowing with love from start to finish.

Brogan was so calm and relaxed all morning, and then the moment she stepped into her dress… it all hit. The emotion, the excitement, the reality of marrying her best friend. Those are the moments I live for — the real, honest ones that say everything without a single word.

Brian and Brogan, your day was magic. Thank you for trusting me to capture your day 🤍

Things have been full on here — shoots back to back, Dad turned 70, Easter away, and plenty happening behind the scenes.

Most of my recent work has been business photography (which I can’t share), but I’m still here editing every image individually with the same care as always.

I’ve also started working with a gorgeous small business in town on their social media and photography, and it’s been such a rewarding new chapter.

Bookings are pretty solid through to July, but if you’re hoping to lock something in, message me and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

Next stop: a wedding I cannot wait to capture 🤍
