You can absolutely LOVE motherhood and still need a fu***ng break

You can be grateful for your babies and still feel touched out

You can love being a Mum and still crave a moment where nobody needs you

You can miss them when they’re gone and still count down the minutes until you get some time to yourself

Us Mumma’s can’t pour from an empty cup

Taking a break doesn’t mean you love them any less, it means you’re human

So take the shower
Drink the coffee while it’s hot
Go for the walk
Have the night away
Sit in the car in silence for 10 minutes if that’s all you’ve got

You’re allowed to be Mum AND still be you 🀍
