It’s always fun sailing with these two guys on Bob Stoddard’s International 5.5 Metre yacht Skagerak. Today Skagerak wrapped up Div 2 of RPAYC’s Winter Series with a convincing win on ORC and PHS handicap.

It was also special to receive the perpetual trophy from the Alfred’s first and recently elected female Commodore, Julia Hornsby.

We've been home from our New Zealand road trip for two days and this afternoon was my first chance to download all the photos we took in the South Island. I am pretty happy with some of the landscape photos, and if there are a few reasonable images they may end up in another coffee table photo book a little later in the year.
