It’s of course the one and only

💖I love, love, LOVE looking through Matto’s photos every time he posts or shoots for me. He truly creates magic on every photo shoot. Matto has RANGE — a true master of ALL. I can confidently send him on any job knowing he’ll absolutely nail it and the clients will be in awe.

💾 Ive worked alongside Matto for 10+ years and booked him when I produced and performed with . So I can say, as a fellow photographer, booking agent, and client/performer: his work is 10s ACROSS THE BOARD.
I first met Matto at Midsumma — he was one of the first photographers to really capture our energy. I’ll never forget his reaction to us big show-pony performers: “Oh wow, like moths to a flame.” We were instant Matto fans.
I could go on and on… but I’ll stop fangirling. Check out his folio — it’s such a delight.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted, I’ve been working on my new website for . Which is a few days away from being ready! Holy moly making a website is tricky - add in a chronic illness that turns my body and brain to mush on the reg. My motto was ‘just keep going’ and ‘just open the page and do one thing.’ Pumped to share it with you soon. 💖

💙 VALE JESS KNIGHT 💙 Finding out via social media that an incredible human is gone from this world is surreal and hard to grasp. I apologise to anyone hearing the news here first. But we absolutely have to honour this legendary amazing human. I’m forever grateful for all the amazing people I get to step into their world for a moment as part of my job and Jess was absolutely one of these moments. She came with so much energy, ideas and a general ‘let’s make it mischief’ plan for the shoot that I was instantly onboard for. Her performance Mormon Girl had me laughing and tearing up and I still think about some of the scenes years later. So sad you are gone. 🖤

👋 Little update for ya…
Time to shake things up✨I’ve been working on something new over here. About 2 years ago, I developed a Neuro-Immune condition which significantly reduced my shooting hours. I had to reshift my approach to my photography business and essentially re-learn how to function and do life. It’s honestly been the most challenging confronting journey I’ve ever experienced but one of the positive outcomes is that I now have an amazing team of photographers and videographers working with me 🫶(Looking forward to introducing them to you soon)
📷 I’m still photographing, I don’t think I can ever put the camera down, it’s part of who I am. I just can’t say YES! to every single shoot at the moment. So I’ve expanded my business to a creative agency and I am producing shoots and representing others.
🙋🏼‍♀️Please do get in touch if you or your workplace need photographic or videography services. If I’m not available to photograph it personally I have some of the best professional creatives to choose from.
🌈My team is built on inclusivity, currently I’m representing pals from my LGBTQIA+ community, women and people with disability/chronic illness. Very much hope to expand on this.

I absolutely must pay homage to fashion designer who’s incredible outfits have featured in many of my shoots over the years. Anytime someone says ‘we are getting an Edgely for the shoot ‘ I just know the Photoshoot is going to look 👌👌👌. Alice is closing up shop after ✨13✨ Years of creating fashion perfection. Making a huge change is powerful but of course Melbourne is going to be lacking in love heart butts and leopard print velvet going forward and this is sad.
