I was Introduced to & Mark Leonard Winter at the premiere of their film “The Rooster” in Castlemaine. I instantly connected with their story, of realising their debut film together, on their property in regional Victoria, coincidentally not far from where I now reside. There was incredible resilience I their story, forging ahead in the aftermath of The pandemic, utilising the landscape where they reside as a form of inspiration, drama, and wealth of creativity. It was an absolute pleasure creating these portraits, capturing moments of the creative duo together, and also singular moments, uniquely connecting in the landscape where they reside, create and raise their son.
