I don't know if this was even worth photographing... interesting history though.
It’s just sad seeing what’s become of it.
The abandoned St Joseph's Convent in Mittagong.
After operating as a Catholic boarding school, the site later became Sunshine Lodge, a residential facility for people with disabilities.
In 2011, three residents died within months of each other, triggering a Coroner's investigation into the facility.
Just before the inquest began, a suspicious fire tore through the main building, destroying much of the site.
The blaze was later ruled deliberately lit.
