These are my boys - 11 year old Riley on the left and one year old Murphy on the right.

Riley is my sweet, sweet old boy. Not a mean bone in his body, he’s always smiling. He loves rubber balls and soft toys more than anything in this world. He’s incredibly patient, far too tolerant and loyal to a fault, and my world is so much better with him by my side.

Murphy is the smartest, quirkiest little weirdo we have ever met. He chases his tail, he prefers to sleep half off his bed and he loves to carry rocks around. He’s beyond intelligent, loves to work, loves to play, is an incredible protective guard dog, and we can’t imagine being without him.

Capturing portraits of your fur kids is so important. We aren’t granted anywhere near enough time with them. We lost our beautiful Indie last April… but we smile every time we look at the beautiful portraits we have of her on the wall. They sit above her ashes - and those portraits were worth every dollar to remember her by.

I will always make myself available for portraits of your four legged friends 🐾 don’t leave it too late, send me a message when you’re ready to book ❤️

Some shoots mean a bit more than just turning up with a camera.

I had the chance to photograph one of the Dalton family’s last days in Kalgoorlie, and the timing couldn’t have lined up better. We had one of those proper Kal sunsets - low golden light, big stormy clouds rolling through and blinding colour - the kind of sky you only get out here.

It made for one epic send-off to remember Kalgoorlie by! I am just trying to figure out now how I can order one of these sunsets in future...!

There’s something special about photographing a man and his dog.

No stress, no fuss - just loyalty, quiet moments, and a bond that runs deep. It’s pure, honest and full of love.

This is Scott and his best friend Gus, a Cane Corso - the ultimate protector and best friend.

If you’re looking for a meaningful idea for the special men in your life - a partner, dad, brother, or mate - a portrait session with their dog is something they’ll treasure forever.

Hit me up if you’d like to make it happen. 🐾📸

It has been a HOT MINUTE since I’ve been out snapping some Goldfields dams with a beer in hand, some nibbles and good company. Anyway… here is what I shot last night. It was so still, so peaceful… and such a great feeling to be back out doing what I love the most. I could have sat on the bank all night basking in the calm serenity!

Getting to photograph Ryan and his dogs was one of those quietly special moments — the kind that reminds me why I love what I do.

One of these beautiful souls was nearing the end of her journey, and knowing this may be one of their last memories together made the session incredibly meaningful. I feel genuinely honoured to have been trusted to capture that - the looks, the pats, the companionship that only dogs can give.

Photos don’t stop time… but they let us hold onto it just a little longer. And I’m so glad Ryan will always have these moments to look back on.

If you’ve been putting off photos with your pets “for later”… let this be your reminder that now is always the right time.
