Our recent Canberra School of Photography Walk & Talk was full of wonderful wildlife encounters and fantastic photographic opportunities!
We were lucky enough to discover Spotted Pardalotes inspecting and excavating potential nesting holes, completely unfazed by the visitors passing nearby.
We also came across a beautiful family of Tawny Frogmouths – three fluffy youngsters and a parent perched on what could only generously be described as a nest (a few strategically placed sticks! 😂).
And that wasn't all! A pair of Sacred Kingfishers, colourful butterflies and plenty of other photographic treasures kept our cameras busy throughout the walk.
It's amazing what you can discover when you slow down, look a little closer and learn to see the world through your camera lens.
