Jess, the owner of Rosevear Photography is a Canberra-based photographer who has been involved in the photographic industry, through work and study, for the last 7 years, including a short course under an international photographer in Vietnam. Through her career she has had a solo exhibition, had worked displayed at the High Court and the National Museum of Australia and most recently launched an

internationally selling calendar. Jess has been a part of the local community working at places such as the Canberra Times, The Photo Mob and then for a summer, Dreamworld. Through these experiences she has learnt the technical side of photography and has developed her skills in working with clients of all ages, from newborn to grandparents. She has used these skills to work with the range of new and emerging models who make up her personal work- helping them to find their confidence and shine, as a majority of these models haven’t spent much time in front of a camera, and to enhance her work with families/weddings/events. As a photographer, Jess is about reflecting life’s most poignant moments from life to death. She wants to challenge preconceptions of beauty, embrace diversity and make moments last a lifetime.
