Oh, the things little ones get up to during a Smash Cake session! 🎂❤️

One minute they're sitting there looking at their cake, trying to work out what this big colourful thing in front of them is… and the next minute, there's cake everywhere! 😂

Some little ones dive straight in with both hands, while others are a little more careful and take their time.

And that's what I love about these sessions. No two are ever the same!

It's not just about the cake or getting that perfect smile. It's about capturing their little personalities, those funny expressions and all the messy moments that come with turning ONE!

And honestly, sometimes the messiest moments make the best photos. ❤️

💕 Just a Little Reminder – I'm Heading Away! ☀️🌴

I'll be taking some much-needed family time from 26th October – 7th November. ❤️

📵 26th October – 2nd November: I'll be completely offline, with no phone or laptop.

💻 From the afternoon of 2nd November: I'll be back online, slowly catching up on messages, emails and enquiries.

📩 Automated replies are being switched on from today, 23rd October, while I get everything organised for our holiday.

💕 Thinking About Booking a Newborn Photography Session? Here's How It All Works! 📸

Those first few weeks with your newborn go by so quickly! Those tiny fingers, little toes and sleepy cuddles are moments you'll want to remember forever. ❤️

👶 When is the best time for newborn photos?

The ideal age is 5–14 days old, while bub is still tiny, sleepy and loves curling up into those beautiful newborn poses.

I recommend booking while you're still pregnant so we can plan around your due date. Older newborns are welcome too!

💕 What happens during your session?

My Redcliffe studio has a beautiful collection of newborn wraps, outfits, props and accessories ready for your little one.

Sessions are relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of time for feeding, changing, settling and cuddles. There's absolutely no rushing!

📸 Can parents and siblings join in?

Of course! Depending on your chosen package, we can capture some beautiful family and sibling photos too.

🖼️ How do you receive your photos?

After your session, you'll receive an online proof gallery to choose your favourite images.

I'll then professionally edit your selected photos in my signature style before delivering your finished gallery.

❤️ What if my baby doesn't sleep?

That's perfectly okay! Every baby is different, and we work around their needs.

These sessions are all about capturing those precious early memories in a comfortable, relaxed environment.

As my little business continues to grow, I've been reviewing my packages and booking policies, and there will be a few changes coming into effect from 1st November.

📸 NEW PHOTOGRAPHY PRICES

Our updated session packages and prices will come into effect from 1st November.

💰 $75 BOOKING DEPOSIT

All new regular photography bookings will require a $75 deposit to secure your session date and time.

This is NOT an additional fee! Your deposit comes off your total package price, with the remaining balance payable on the day of your session.

🎈 MONTHLY MINI SESSIONS

From 1st November, all Monthly Mini Sessions will require FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING to secure your spot.

📅 ALREADY BOOKED?

Don't worry! All bookings confirmed before 1st November will remain at their original agreed prices and payment arrangements.

❤️ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT YOUR PHOTOS

📷 Proof galleries are uploaded within 2 weeks of your session. These are RAW, unedited images straight from my camera for you to choose your favourites.

💕 You have 3 days to select your favourite images.

✨ Once your selections are submitted, please allow up to 4 weeks for your final edited photographs to be delivered.

I put so much love, time and care into every session and every image, and I truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding.
