🎄📸 AS WE’RE COMING INTO THE CRAZY CHRISTMAS SEASON… HERE’S HOW IT ALL GOES! 📸🎄
We’re heading into the busiest time of the year at Trudilara Photography, so here’s a little rundown of what to expect from booking right through to receiving your finished gallery. ❤️
Please remember that I am just one person. I’m a mum, a homeschooling mum, a wife and a taxi driver for my kids, as well as running my photography business. I truly appreciate your patience, understanding and kindness during this busy season. ❤️
📅 BOOKING YOUR SESSION

Please don’t forget to complete the entire booking form and confirm your booking. Your session is NOT booked or secured until the booking form has been fully completed and your booking has been confirmed.
Once your booking is confirmed, your session date and time are reserved for you.
🎨 MY EDITING STYLE
My editing style is shown throughout all of my social media and portfolio work, so please take the time to look through it carefully before booking.
If my editing style isn’t what you’re looking for, that’s completely okay — there are thousands of other photographers whose style may suit you better.
Please understand that I will no longer be changing my editing style to match individual preferences. This is my style, my creative vision and my business, and I want to stay true to the work I create. ❤️
📧 SESSION REMINDERS
Reminder emails are sent:
✨ During the week of your session
✨ Again the day before your session
Please make sure you check your emails so you don’t miss your booking!
⚠️ CAN’T MAKE YOUR SESSION? PLEASE MESSAGE ME ASAP!
Things happen — kids get sick, plans change and life gets crazy! I completely understand. ❤️
If you’re unable to make your session, please just message me as soon as possible. I’m always happy to work with you and move your session where possible.
What I do ask is that you please don’t book a session and simply not show up.
During Christmas season my available spots are extremely limited, and a no-show means another family could have had that appointment.
If you no-show without contacting me, any future sessions will need to be paid in full upfront before I can reserve another booking for you.
📸 AFTER YOUR SESSION
Your unedited proof gallery will be sent within 2 weeks of your session.

📩 Send your selections back to me
🎨 Your images then join my editing list!
✨ EXTRA IMAGES ARE AVAILABLE
If you would like to purchase additional images, extra images are available to add to your package. Please don’t forget to choose your favorites the first time you make your selections, as there is an $85 re-upload fee for any images that need to be re-uploaded later.
🎄 CHRISTMAS EDITING TIME
Christmas is my craziest editing season of the year, so once you’ve returned your selections, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your final edited gallery.
The sooner you return your favorites, the sooner I can get them into my editing queue.
✨ And then comes GALLERY DAY!
Your finished images are uploaded and your beautiful gallery is sent off to its forever home. 🥰📸
