📸 STATE TITLES POP-UP STUDIO — FINAL LIST & HOW IT WILL WORK
Okay, I think I finally have everyone accounted for! 😊
Below is the current list for the studio. I’ve tried to spread everyone across the three days based on the availability you gave me, while also working around my competition photography commitments.

A few important things about how this will work:
The order of the names within each colour doesn’t matter. There are no individual appointment times. If your colour is up and you’re free, come over and we’ll get your portraits done.
I’ll only be changing each backdrop once during the day. Once I’ve finished everyone waiting for a colour and changed to the next one, I won’t be putting the previous colour back up that day. So please don’t leave it until “later” if you’re free and your colour is already up. 😊
Thursday is my most flexible studio day, as I don’t have Containers to photograph that day. So I’m going to try to get as many dogs through the studio on Thursday as I reasonably can.
If you’re currently listed for Friday or Saturday, but you find yourself at the showgrounds and free on Thursday while your colour is up, please come over! I’m very happy to move you forward and get your portraits done early. The same applies across the other days — if you’re free earlier than planned and your backdrop happens to be up, come and see me.
Likewise, if your colour isn’t up yet but you know you’d like to have portraits done later that day, come over and let me know you’re there. I’ll add/check you on my list so I know to expect you when that backdrop goes up.
Not on the list? That’s okay too! If you decide during the event that you’d like a portrait, just come over. If your preferred backdrop is already up and I have room, we can do it then. If it’s coming up later, I’ll add you to the list for that colour.
If you’re listed for two colours, you don’t have to have both. I’ve included both because you expressed interest in them and I’m happy to photograph both. Just let me know if you decide you only want one.
I know everyone will be juggling searches, presentations and everything else that comes with State Titles, so I’ll be as flexible as I can around competition commitments. All I ask in return is that if your colour is up and you’re available, please come over rather than leaving it until later.
Once I’ve finished everyone on my list for the day, plus anyone else who has come over and let me know they’re waiting, I’ll be packing up and heading home to start downloading, backing up and editing the competition photos — so I won’t be hanging around at the end of the day just in case someone turns up. 😊
Hopefully that gives everyone plenty of flexibility while still letting me keep the studio moving!
