Sometimes I look at my life and realise how much of it revolves around everything but me.
My kids. My business. My clients. My home. My to-do list that never seems to end.

I pour so much of myself into making sure everyone else is okay, that the kids are happy, my clients feel seen, and my business keeps growing, that I forget to stop and check in with the person holding it all together.

Motherhood does that. Running a business does that. Life does that.
You get so caught up in being everything for everyone, that somewhere along the way you stop being anything for yourself.

Lately I’ve been trying to slow down and find little moments that feel like me again.
Because even though I love what I do, I’ve realised how much of it mirrors my own story and that deserves some time to.

Moving through life as a mum isn’t always graceful, but it’s real 🀎
