Time is a funny thing. We can spend months planning, anticipating, envisioning one BIG day! A day to celebrate your very own love story…

Then it arrives and all of the hard work and preparation totally pay off - it is the most beautiful day EVER (regardless of weather!)…

And then - just like that, it’s a whole week later!!

I have been excited to celebrate with Abby and Sam all year at their stunning family property in Alice Creek… it was everything they imagined and more.

Already a decade into their love story - this was a fitting way to kick off the next big exciting chapter. Two incredible families - and two amazing people. I can’t thank you enough for including me in your big day!!

While the planning and big day is now behind us - you will always have the memories, the love, the photos and of course your wonderful marriage to enjoy every day!!

Happy birthday gorgeous Joey!! I can’t believe it has been a year since I brought the studio to your home for your brand newborn portraits… and now again for a first birthday cake smash celebration!!

I also can’t believe it’s been 3 years since photographing your big sister, Elena’s newborn portraits… and 9 years since photographing your parents wedding (and since I’m counting - 10 years since their engagement photos in 2016!)…

Thank you so much Jen and Sean for including me in these BIG moments in your family story! I love celebrating with you and can’t wait to share more soon!

SHE SAID YES!!! 🥰💍

I had the most beautiful phone call from Dave a few weeks out from their special getaway to Vanbery Cottage … he wanted to surprise Sophie with a scenic picnic … and a proposal!

Of course, I said yes to being there with my camera to capture the moment 📸

It was so well thought out, so romantic and just pure joy to witness…

Thank you so much Dave and Sophie - wishing you the biggest congratulations for this next exciting adventure!! It’s off to an incredible start!! Happy celebrating love birds xx

History in the making…

I cracked open the archives to find photos of Sheree and Steve’s wedding - one of my very first back in 2013!

We met again after the arrival of their first little one in 2015 and second little one in 2018… and just last week I had the pleasure of seeing the beautiful Stoner family again - with Eli and Lachlan all grown up!!

I honestly don’t know where the time goes - but one thing I do know for sure: nothing is worth celebrating more than family! 🥰🥰

Happy 13th anniversary Sheree and Steve!!

Every year since 2013, when I first photographed the Bulimba Trivia Event, I would say: “There is NO way it can get bigger and better than this!”… and every year it totally DID!

The effort, creativity and ex*****on for the equally imaginative theme was second to none (someone said last night, that it must be the biggest school trivia event in the world, and reckon that might be true)…

This year, the Bulimba State School P&C chose to tone it down a little bit and enjoy a more relaxed event on the beautiful Oasis Cruise along the Brisbane River.

Even in your refined, pared back form, you are still totally nuts, and I love you for it!

Thank you for having me yet again Bulimba - I wish SO much I could have stayed for the whole cruise! I hope you enjoyed the rest of the night raising money for your wonderful school!

The friendliest face I ever did see!!

Beautiful Tully made a visit to the studio this week right after a groom with Furmageddon Dog Grooming …

I have been on the road heaps lately, so it was very exciting to get a call for a last minute shoot and actually be in the studio to help!

You absolutely made my day… thank you so much Jenelle and Tully - can’t wait to share more very soon!!
