📸 Things you notice when you photograph houses for a living…

☀️ Where the sun is
🗑️ Where the bins are
🚗 Whether the neighbour is about to park out front
🛏️ If the doona is straight
💡 The ONE light that isn’t turned on
🐕 And whether the dog is about to become the star of the shoot

Some models are easier to work with than others. 😂

To be fair, this one absolutely nailed the pose. 🐕

Just another day making Great Southern properties look their best. 😄

This time of year the weather is very challenging for photos - particularly aerials. Not very many nice sunny days at the moment. This was taken about a week ago on one of the few really nice days. (Yes, it was a busy day - 5 photo shoots plus 10 aerials that day). Looking forward to a few more sunny days (but not this week it seems!).

A challenging task with limited sunshine at this time of year. In the few sunnier days we were able to do aerials for B&B Collection by Banksia Property Management Group. Included are some larger complexes such as Balneaire and Monet, townhouses, cottages and houses and luxury accommodation.

We took this photo a couple of weeks ago at a block in Warrenup of a kangaroo trying to play with our drone. It seems closer than it actually was (zoomed and cropped photo). We don't know why it thought it could catch the drone with its paws - it was a bit of a distance away!😂

Not every photo from a property shoot is of the house…

Our admin team found this little guy while going through a photographer’s latest images, and it cracked us up! 😂

We think this young roo was either after a cuddle….or going into ‘tuff guy’ mode.
It’s a bit hard to tell which! What do you think? 🦘❤️ 🥊

*UPDATE* South Coast Media cleared up the mystery. This little guy somehow thought he could catch their drone- even though it was a lot further away than it looks as it’s zoomed in. Nice try little dude!
