Celebration of Life (End of Life) photoshoot.

This one is for Angus.

“Angus, our beautiful fur boy.

You opened your angel wings and crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully..

We didn't just lose a dog that day,
We lost a family member..

The house is a whole lot quieter without your paw prints up & down the hall way.. and so are our hearts.

Raw images ☝️

I’ve had quite a few requests recently for the raw files of the images that I take.

I am EXTREMELY flattered that clients want my photos at all - and I understand when clients want the raw images and don’t want them to be edited.

So I have attached images which show the slight difference between raw versus edited.

I do apply a few tweaks here and there, as you can see, and for this reason, I don’t give out the raw files as final - only the edited ones.

I’m looking for someone with tattoos that they’d like to show off in a series of studio portraits.

This will be a free photoshoot, and the images will be used for advertising.

The session will be shot in my Port Noarlunga studio.

Update:

Jas’ stomach is not bloated or large, he’s eaten his breakfast, had a walk and is very happy galloping around with his toys now 🥰

Jas was dry retching all of last night - he seems better now but I’m worried that it might be bloat.

Does anyone have any experience of this please? Xx

Obviously all of these people share very masculine characteristics ☝️

As I’ve said before, I’ve started going back to the gym which I LOVE doing it. And it feels bloody fantastic 🥰

I love seeing so many people in their 70+ years there! It’s brilliant!!

One thing that I get a kick from is choosing a weight which I find out is too light - I make a big deal of plugging in the heavier one.

“GOSH DARN IT - I MUST NEED A HEAVIER WEIGHT. LET ME CHANGE THAT WEIGHT TO A MUCH HEAVIER (one size up) WEIGHT.”

One thing I don’t get a kick from is having to choose a lighter weight - then I secretly cover the weights with my hand as I go in for a smaller one.

I am very, very tired.

And cautiously considering whether or not to close this business down, and just keep the End of Life work going.

There are so many brilliant and talented photographs here in Adelaide, and it is difficult to make a consistent living with so much amazing competition.

So - these are my thoughts.
