It must be approximately three decades since I drove the white VJ Valiant from Leigh Creek and collided with a kangaroo, causing damage that resulting in the fan penetrating the radiator, subsequently requiring a tow to Parachilna Pub, fortunately, a kind individual provided assistance, and we awaited until stumps then sat in the cold in the Valiant for dad and mum with the tandem trailer around 1 am; the pub has undergone significant renovations and bears little resemblance to my recollection.
