Hi everyone. As some of you may know I set out on a running journey earlier this year. That journey led me here, the Bravehearts 777 Marathon in Adelaide on June 30.

Bravehearts protects Australian children from sexual abuse. It's a cause that hits differently when you're a parent.

7 day to go til we line up at the start line. If you can spare a few moments and few dollars, I'd really appreciate it. Every bit counts and goes directly to Bravehearts.

What a way to finish this leg of the journey.

From questioning whether running a 5km comp would be feasible 20 days ago to actually doing it.
