What a day for Kelly & Harry!

We kicked things off with the boys at Discovery Parks before heading over to Hazelmere Homestead for bridal prep, the ceremony and reception.

A beautiful patchy sunny day, the guests looking awesome in their pastel colours.

Days like this are what it’s all about, good people, plenty of love, and so many special moments along the way.

The skies were dark, the weather was threatening rain all day, but somehow it held off when we needed it to. It made for the most beautiful moody light.

There’s something special about searching for light.

Getting into film has reminded me to slow down and appreciate the small details, the way light falls, the shadows it creates, and how it can completely change the feeling of an image.

Hello friends!

For those who don't already know, I'm Braydon.

After a lot of years behind the name BraytMedia, I've decided to make things a little more personal and move everything across to Braydon Thomson Photography.

I'll still be turning up to weddings with way too much excitement, a camera in one hand, probably a film camera in the other, and doing my best to make the whole experience feel easy.

I believe the best photos happen when you're focused on each other, not the camera. So whether it's digital or film, my goal is simple: Help you relax. Be present. Have the best day of your lives. And create photos that bring you straight back to it.
