From a movie scene to real life. 🎞️🤍

Sam & Aaron’s dream of eloping at Schloss Leopoldskron — one of the iconic filming locations from The Sound of Music — finally became reality.

And somehow, for a few hours, it really did feel like we had stepped into a movie.

Between the old books, historic rooms, golden afternoon light and quiet little moments together, these two made the entire team — their planner, florist, host, and yes, their photographer too 🙋🏻‍♀️ — laugh out loud one minute and burst into tears the next.

Especially when they started reading their vows to each other, I was supposed to photograph it but instead, I was hiding behind my camera trying not to cry. 🥲

So for making all of us laugh, cry, and completely lose our professionalism for a moment, Sam & Aaron have officially become one of my most “hated” couples ever. 🤭🤍

The kind of “hate” reserved for couples who make you feel way too much.

A little bit nostalgic, a little bit cinematic, and beautifully them. A Salzburg elopement that felt like a scene from an old movie. 🎞️✨

Cute Puffin Spamming Alert 🐧🚨

Instead of humans, let me introduce you to a couple of adorable puffins today—one of the Arctic’s most iconic bird species.

They’re known for their loyalty, lifelong devotion through monogamy, their sweet billing ritual, and the way they share the responsibility of raising their chicks. They spend almost half of the year apart at sea, yet somehow manage to reunite and maintain strong bonds for decades.

Every year, I feel incredibly blessed to spend time watching them, learning about them, and sharing another Icelandic sunset in their company.

Iceland has never been just another destination to me. It’s the land of magic, trolls, fairies, dramatic landscapes, and incredible wildlife. Every time I return, it feels a little more like home. 🇮🇸🤍

Chasing the first rays of sunlight, feeling the first breeze of the day, listening to the first songs of the birds — and then exchanging vows in front of the greatest audience P & J could ever ask for: the majestic peaks of the Dolomites. ⛰️🤍

In nature, we realize just how small we are. And when we express our love for one another in the arms of Mother Nature, we realize just how blessed we are.

With my little Bear there to witness it all and share in the joy, P & J — and even me behind the camera — were truly on cloud nine.

We said goodbye at the end of the day, but a little piece of our hearts will always remain tied together somewhere high in the Dolomites. 🤍

Sky, wind, high cliffs, wildflowers and us. 🌼

When we first visited Iceland back in 2017, we had no idea that this land would stay so deeply in our hearts — or that somehow, it would always feel a little like coming home.

The Westfjords were among our very first impressions of Iceland. Years later, when we planned our elopement trip to celebrate our 10th anniversary, we knew we wanted to return to the place where part of our love for this country began.

And once again, it gave us everything: Endless skies, wind playing with my dress, fields covered in tiny wildflowers, dramatic cliffs disappearing into the ocean… and just the two of us in the middle of it all. We kept saying, “Okay, one last photo…” and then taking another. And another. 🤭

In the end, we simply didn’t want to leave. Maybe that’s what Iceland has always been for us — not just somewhere we travel to, but somewhere we keep finding little pieces of ourselves. 🇮🇸🤎

Like the opening scene of an old Italian film.🇮🇹🎞️

The curtains dancing with the spring breeze, the scent of fresh flowers filling the room, and a bouquet patiently waiting for the bride.

Lake Como in April has a kind of magic that’s difficult to put into words. Soft light pouring through old windows, quiet mornings before the celebration begins, and little moments that feel almost suspended in time.

These are the photographs I love most—the ones that aren’t about what’s happening, but about what you’re feeling. Because every unforgettable love story deserves an unforgettable opening scene.🎬

Two weeks ago, two of my dear friends flew me to Copenhagen to photograph one of the biggest days of their lives.

Anastasia has always loved my aesthetic, and Alex once told me that I’m the only photographer he truly feels comfortable in front of. As a photographer, there’s hardly a greater compliment than that.

Being trusted with memories like these is something I’ll never take for granted. Every frame was captured with love, intention, and a roll of film.

Summer at Fattoria del Turricchio ✨

Pearl white silk, deep burgundy, dark green foliage, flowers scattered freely across the table, and yes… even fruits and vegetables becoming part of the wedding décor.

A styled shoot my team and I created recently in Tuscany, inspired by the idea that weddings don’t always have to follow the rules. We wanted to blend classic elegance with something fresh, playful, and a little unexpected.
An old Italian villa Fattoria del Turricchio , a timeless bridal gown, a sculptural cake, watermelons, broccoli, artichokes, and floral arrangements that felt as if they had grown naturally into the space.

Captured on both digital and film, these images feel like stills from a vintage Italian movie—romantic, imperfect, and full of character.

Sometimes the most beautiful inspiration comes from the things nobody expects to see at a wedding. 🍉🎞️

The quiet moments before “I do.” 🤍

Before the guests arrive, before the music starts, before she walks down the aisle—there’s a little moment of calm.
A moment to breathe, a moment to reflect, and a moment to simply be.

When I photograph my brides, I don’t only focus on creating beautiful portraits. I spend time with them, ask how they’re feeling, listen to their stories, and help them feel comfortable and at ease before one of the most important moments of their lives. Because years from now, I want these photos to remind them not only of how they looked, but also of how they felt.

And what about the grooms? Their story matters just as much. Their portraits, emotions, and quiet moments deserve to be remembered too.
