Back from Switzerland, a week long production shooting for DACHSTEIN asphalt works and Sony | Alpha Europe

Once again, I’ve team up with Norbert Németh to deliver motion and still pictures. Our timing was perfect, the colour of larch trees were just popping big time, warm and sunny weather greeted us even over 3000 meters.

Thanks my clients and everyone who’s involved to make this trip happen 🙏🏻

Everything started here. 6th of October, 2016.

Back then, I worked at an advertising agency as a creative. I was successful, my career took off, I really enjoyed what I was doing. But I knew it’s not gonna be the case forever.

Everything clicked when I read an article called ‘The career ladder isn’t in the office’.
Basically it said what you do between 6 p.m. and midnight influences your career more than the time you spend at work.

When I turned 30 in September 2016, I set a goal for myself: learn as much about photography and post production as much as I can.

So when I had the chance to spend 2 weeks in Iceland, I made sure to have a camera with me to capture its raw beauty. Even though I didn’t exactly know what I was doing. But it just felt right.

These captured photos were snippets from a month long project I called ‘How many followers can I gain in 1 month on Instagram”, created along the Ring Road of Iceland.

A life-altering trip and a journey of discovering photography, that since then has become my career.
