1st holiday in 10 years, huh 🥵

I started photography 10 years ago, and in the entire decade since, I’ve never really taken a proper vacation.
Back when I worked at an advertising agency, I used all my holidays for freelance jobs. And ever since going full-time freelance, I somehow never allowed myself to truly switch off. To put down the camera, stop thinking about clients, and leave work behind for a moment.
But this time, we finally did it. We flew out to Gran Canaria to visit our friends. No laptop, no camera, no worries 🌴
Traveling with a 2-year-old is definitely a different experience than hopping on a plane alone 😅 But it was worth every second. We came back home full of memories, fresh energy, and much-needed inspiration.
Between beach days, I still managed to squeeze in a few 3000m climbs 🚴🏻
Thanks, Las Palmas. We’ll definitely be back. Now it’s time for the German Alps and my 4th Sony Kando ⛰️
