What makes me happy: seeing my son enjoy instead of hating it like many from my generation did growing up, when running was mostly used as punishment — in football, in the army etc..

What makes me even prouder is how quickly he has started to understand the core principles of long-distance running:

I truly believe these qualities will help shape him not only as a runner, but also on the football pitch and during his life— making him a more disciplined, resilient, and mentally stronger player and person. 💪🏃‍♂️⚽
