This epic action shot was captured by my hubby, Iain Russell, in the barely-light hours at Long Pool in Mana Pools.

A crocodile slicing silently through the dark water, lit by the first whispers of dawn — the kind of wild moment that reminds you why Mana Pools never stops stealing pieces of your soul.

The atmosphere, the tension, the reflections… pure magic from behind the lens.
