My name is Shavaune and I'm the one behind the lens! 😉
I'm here to capture the looove and all the moments inbetween! What kind of photographer am I? I would say I am definitely a fun and spontaneous one! I love to bring people out of their comfort zones and capture that raw moment! My favorite saying is "lag vir mekaar". 😜 My style in photography is definitely the warm, fussy and natural look! I like the very intimate moments and playful moments. I love to capture the moments that one day you'll look back and feel that moment again! ❤ If you made it this far- Thank you! 😜

My very first family shoot back in 2013 🥹🤎 GUYS, can you believe it’s been THIS long?! I met Ewald when he was just 5 months old, and little did I know how many special moments, birthdays and memories I’d get to capture for this family over the years! 🥹❤️
And the cutest part? Every little one I’ve photographed since who asks me, “What’s your name?” gets the same answer… “I’m Anty Von!” 😉😂 Because that’s what Ewald called me first, and the name just stuck! The OG Anty Von! 🤎🥹
And then, after 10 years of hope, prayer and never losing faith, their little miracle finally arrived. 🤍 It’s not my story to tell, but WOW, what a testimony to carry with me all these years.
Ewald all grown up, little Mine having them ALL wrapped around her finger (as she SHOULD! 😉❤️), and Maryke & Quintin still SO in love after all these years. 🥹❤️
I absolutely LOVE this family! Some families become so much more than clients, and this one will forever have a special place in my heart. From that very first shoot in 2013 to all the beautiful chapters since… what a privilege it’s been to capture it all. 🥹🤎✨

I’ve been capturing this girl since she was 15… and now look at her?! 🥹🤎
One of my favourite things about what I get to do is seeing people grow up in front of my camera. From those first little shoots, to seeing who they become and getting to capture all the different chapters along the way. 🤎
Because I still remember those little shoots… and those moments of, “One day you’re going to photograph my matric farewell!” 🥹
AND THEN I GET THE MESSAGE:
“SHAVAUNEEEEEE, IT’S MY MATRIC FAREWELL!!!” 😭😂🤎
Booked MONTHS in advance, flew me all the way to PTA and trusted me to capture such a special milestone.
How lucky am I?! 🥹
These are the moments that make me stop and feel SO grateful for what I get to do. It’s so much more than just taking pretty photos. I get to meet people in all these different seasons of their lives and somehow, years later, still be there capturing the next big thing. 🤎
