A wedding proposal story. What a beautiful honour it was to capture this special moment of our dear friends.

To be honest, every time I photograph a wedding proposal I am always super paranoid that the bride-to-be is on to me. I mean, a girl walking around with her camera is a bit of a giveaway. Luckily, I've always had some kind of excuse for lugging the camera around. Now the trick is to not seem too invested in their doings, but not too much so that you completely miss the important moment - aka the actual proposal. It's a real adrenaline rush. While others go bungee jumping or abseiling, I secretly photograph proposals. Just as scary and just as exciting, and I don't have to put my fear of heights into play.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to these adrenaline rush photography sessions. I absolutely cherish these moments and feel truly honoured to be part of it.

Oh, how I love early winter mornings. ☁️

Another session at Gordon's Bay's harbour. This might be my new favourite spot for photography. Not only is it a scenic spot, but the people are so lovely. From the fishermen to the morning joggers and the kind staff at On The GO Coffee Shop ☕️
