When it’s finally the wedding planner’s turn to tie the knot 💍

I’ve known for many years now. In fact, she’s probably the wedding planner and coordinator I’ve worked alongside the most over the past nine years.
To say I was overjoyed to be the one capturing her and Ryan’s wedding would be an understatement.

Their wedding day was so them - beautiful, intimate, and timeless, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Classic in all the right ways, yet still making a statement.
One of the highlights had to be the menu, exceptionally curated by Chef Ryan himself (yes, the groom!). Every part of the day felt intentional and personal, reflecting exactly who they are as a couple.

It was such an honour to document this chapter for you both. I’m still on cloud nine knowing it was finally your turn to be celebrated. 🤍

Hi, I’m Shanay, a wedding photographer, professional bridesmaid, and someone who genuinely believes your wedding photographs should feel as alive as the day itself.

Why weddings?

Because I have a deep love for people. Their stories, their energy, their connection. Being around people fills me up, and I pour that same energy right back into every wedding day I photograph.

I love fun. I love movement. I love the in-between.
And I believe you can feel that in my work.
As much as I adore beautiful, polished photographs, emotion will always win.

The teary smiles, the uncontrollable laughter, the tight hand squeezes, the way your people look at you when you’re not noticing, those are the moments that matter most.
