I am so excited to photograph Chante & Peter's Wedding on Saturday! 🤩 We had an absolute blast with their engagement session! It was actually their first ever photoshoot and I'm so thankful to have been able to share that moment with them.

I can't believe these were taken on a beach in Cape Town - there was absolutely no wind 😂 We could not have wished for better weather to capture Marco and Natalie's excitement for their first little baby girl!

When the whole family comes together from all over South Africa - a photo-shoot is in order 😄 These were taken in December, literally one day before the new restrictions were put into place and beaches were closed. We are very fortunate to be able to do beach and other outdoor photo-shoots once again, safely of course 🐬😷

Cian's first birthday! We had so much fun with this hot air balloon themed photoshoot. Cian is a true little explorer and really got into character 😂

Chriszelda Paulse did a fantastic job with all the props and really made the scene come alive! I always love capturing the Paulse family moments and have enjoyed watching Cian and Mia grow since January 2020😄

Earl & Illze truly made their Wedding their own with beautifully unique elements. Colorful couches for guests to chill on. Sushi and burger sliders. Epic wedding attire and great music. Lots of happy tears, laughter, dancing and joy. One of my favorite moments was seeing Earle's reaction when Illze walked down the aisle and hearing him whisper to her "you look so so beautiful" during the ceremony. As those who know me would have guessed, I too, shed a few tears.

The element of perfection lies in making the day exactly how you want it to be, with the people you love and care about. I personally made notes for my own wedding one day!

I had an absolute blast photographing Zhandre and Roxzannes Wedding.

2020 was a difficult year and Covid affected the whole Wedding industry. Guest lists had to be reduced significantly, some family members were unable to attend the Wedding, masks had to be worn and social distancing enforced. But however uncomfortable the masks and other restrictions may have been, the love shown for each other, the love shown by their families, the joy and all the happy tears were not overshadowed by any of it!

Thank you to my good friend Tammy for assisting me with the grooms getting ready photos. Their reception was held at the beautiful Mcphersons Wedding venue.
