Highly commended – Sossusvlei up close – My family and I travelled to Namibia for a 4x4 trip through the desert. We spent a whole day at Sossusvlei taking lots of photographs before meeting up with the rest of the group. Spending time at this unspoilt desert beauty was definitely the highlight of our trip. I captured this image using a tripod and polarized filter, which helped reduce the sun glare during that time of day.
