Terms & Conditions when booking a session with Trichardt Photography -

Trichardt Photography is the rightful owner of any and all images taken with all clients. If the clients gives Trichardt Photography permission to use the bo***ir, the the images will be posted on social media. All and any other sessions will be used for promotional purposes on any social media platform. When booking a sessio

n with Trichardt Photography, the client automatically gives concent to Trichardt Photography to use the images in any way she requires. If Trichardt Photography wants to indulge in a competition with a clients images, she will have the right to do so. When Trichardt Photographs sent out the edited images to her clients, the clients do not have the permission to edit or crop the images send. If the images wants to be used for any competitions what so ever, photo credits needs to be given to Trichardt Photography. Original images will not be provided, only edits from Trichardt photography will be provided. Trichardt Photography is a natural edit photographer, meaning only your beauty features will be enhanced, and no harsh editing will be done to make the clients body smaller, thinner or longer. Eyes would only be enhanced . Please note the 50% booking fee is non refundable, but can be arranged to be rescheduled. Trichardt photography can not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances affecting your session or wedding, such as death , critical illness and natural disasters. Due to COVID-19 i will not be held responsible if we go into lockdown and a session was booked.
