We met Sam & Dean in 2019 and chatted about all their plans, wedding ideas as well as favorite locations they wanted for their engagement shoot. Who would have thought the wedding would only actually happen in 2021?! We've all had some tough times, cried, laughed, and even went "WTF" over the past 2 years. But something that never changes is the feeling I get when I walk away from a successful wedding seeing two people tie the knot and capturing it all.

Sam, Dean, you guys have been nothing but amazing clients and I thank you for not only accomodating us with date changes, trusting me with your engagement shoot styles, and more, but for just being great humans too! 99% of our clients are amazing and we are grateful to not experience many "Bridezilla's" on wedding days.

We captured this couple at Lace on Timber on Saturday and the weather was horrible. Windy, cold, and threatening to rain, but that couldn't take away the smile these two had of "today is finally here". You can just see in these photos that nothing else around them mattered.

Here is to the rest of your lives together. :)

I forget at times how lucky we are as photographers to capture some amazing events and meet incredible people. This year threw everything out the window and it was tough to stay positive. But we managed to survive it and most of us grew as individuals.

We started doing backyard weddings and ceremonies with less than 20 people to witness, it was odd but it had some sort of intimacy which I liked...

This week we photographed Robyn + Damian in Sun City for their post-wedding photos. And boy oh boy did we get some amazing shots!! 😻📸 Here’s just a sneak of what’s to come. Swipe left to see their portrait we shot in their backyard weeks ago when they had their actual ceremony at home. 😻📸

Nope, this isn't a styled shoot but an intimate wedding captured during "lockdown level1".

We have experienced so many different weddings over the years, from weddings on the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe, to Thailand weddings on the beach and Namibia weddings in the desert. And now, COVID weddings. Limited guests, smaller venues but still huge smiles and plenty of love to go around.

This wedding was no different. Rachel looked breathtaking in her custom made dress and between her and Julian (Julz), I am not sure who is better at posing! (Engagement shoots really do help.)

In trying times like these, we thought we would post some of our travel work photographing couples all across the world. We were so privileged to be able to jump on a plane and go all over the world to photograph people getting married in beautiful locations.

Thank you to all our brides who have kept calm and postponed their dates with us until later this year or next year. This too shall pass. 🙏

This couple is bubbly, energetic and a ball of fun! When we first sat down and met with them a few months back, I knew this wedding would be one to enjoy.

Kirsten & Clayton are into their fitness and run the comrades. This kind of sport takes endurance, discipline and determination to finish. I know they will apply the same attitude to their marriage and live a long and prosperous life together side by side. What a privilege to watch these two say "I do" and capture it all.
