✨ FIRST SHOOT OF 2026 ✨
And what a way to start the year! 💙📸

A few weekends ago I had the absolute honor of photographing my first session of 2026— and it just so happened to be my longest one yet ,THREE hours of pure magic!

It was a *Bluey*-themed 7th birthday party (yes, the joy was next level 🐾💙), and every single detail was filled with intention, love, and excitement for one very special little girl.

From the moment I arrived, you could feel it — the love these parents have for their daughter was woven into everything. The decorations, the thoughtful touches, the laughter, the teamwork behind the scenes. The Au pair made most of the set up herself , the au pair was incredible, and mom and dad? Absolute rockstars.

As a photographer, I get to witness a lot of beautiful moments… but being invited into a space where a child is so deeply celebrated? That’s something special.

Three hours flew by capturing:
🎈 Big smiles and birthday giggles
🎂 Sweet cake moments
💦🩱Water fun
👨‍👩‍👧 The kind of family love you can feel through the lens

This is why I do what I do.
Not just to take photos — but to preserve the feeling. The joy. The connection. The once-in-a-lifetime “she’s only seven once” moments.
