The Burger Braai Competition is this Saturday at Wierdapark Butchery, and here’s what the judges will be looking for 👇

1️⃣ Presentation
2️⃣ Aroma
3️⃣ Texture
4️⃣ Flavour
5️⃣ Braai technique
6️⃣ And last but not least… CREATIVITY! 🎨

🥩 We supply 3 patties per entry (one for you, one for the crowd and one for the judges) plus the buns.
🧀 You bring your own ingredients and garnishes: tomato, lettuce, cheese, bacon… it’s up to you!

🎟️ How to enter: pop in at the counter, grab some biltong while you’re at it, and pay your R150 entry when you check out.

🍔 Every entry gets 3 free patties: one for you, one for the judges, and one for Tannie Stienie, who’ll be complaining she’s hungry because you’re taking too long 😂
