6 people. One very excited Fibi (their doggy🥹) And one very, very good love story that I would literally pick up in a book 🥹

Klara & Rhys, I LOVE you two so much!

They kept their wedding day small, intentional at the Zevenster Boutique Hotel by The Giglio and completely about them. A slow morning, writing their vows together, getting ready, a few very happy tears, Fibi making sure she was involved in absolutely everything, and then saying “I do” surrounded by the people who mattered most. (In SA, the Welch celebration still to come)

There was so much room to just be together, have fun and make something beautiful out of the day.

And honestly, I need more Tuesday’s like these 🥹🤍

Back to regular scheduled programming! 📝 Came back from leave with a looonggggg list of inquires & things to get to, and on top of that the Contract Webinar to prep for! (Which btw was last night and went AMAZING. I love serving creatives!!!)

Super grateful! Now we can focus on getting back into routine before the wedding season starts up 🥹✨🥂

This past engagement season, I had some REAL fun with couples who weren’t afraid to lean into their romantic side, and I lovveeed it. 🤍✨

Ansley & Clay’s engagement session took us to the Old Harbour in Nice, France. 🇫🇷 We wandered through the old city until sunset (like 9pm lol 😅), soaking it all in, and what a joy. These two became close friends over the last two years, which makes getting to photograph this season of their lives even more special. 🥹

And even better… next year I’ll be photographing their wedding in Charleston, NC. EEK! 🤍 I already know they are going to make my job very easy because… what do you meaaaan?! They’re actual stunners. 🥹😫

This is one of the biggest reasons I’ll always recommend an engagement session. It’s where we get comfortable together, figure out what feels natural, and create space for your personalities to shine long before the wedding day arrives.

Now… bring on Charleston. We are SO ready to get these two friends married. 🇺🇸✨
