I am 33 years of age, a local Pietermaritzburg girl with four amazing fur-kiddos. I own a small nail studio and do nails part-time as a hobby for friends. I love being creative and everything that comes with it. Some fun fact about me, if I had to choose between a salad or a whole pizza, I will without a doubt choose the pizza. I love food, wine, new & authentic restaurants and discovering old but

historic places. I LOVE cars and all things cars. I enjoy history, but especially American history. I do have a crazy amount of general knowledge and can be quite geeky. I founded Kalon Photography in August 2020. The name 'Kalon' means, "Beauty that is more than skin deep." This word really resonated with me, because I have always struggled with self-confidence and what it means to be beautiful. Mainly because society has created this warped image of what true beauty is. At Kalon Photography we know 'beauty" is more than just outward appearance, it's what radiates from within that plays a vital role and we capture just that.
