Something I realised when I became a mom is that time is not a luxury.

I’ve watched it slip through my fingers in the smallest moments.

The tiny hands that once fit perfectly in mine. The little expressions that change before I even realise they’re changing. The days that feel so long, yet somehow disappear so quickly.

And there’s something incredibly emotional about watching your own child grow while knowing you can never get these moments back.

I’m so grateful I captured so much of it.

Because photographs have become more than just pictures to me. They are little pieces of time I get to keep.

One day, I won’t remember every detail of these days. But I’ll have the photographs. I’ll be able to see the tiny version of her, remember how she felt in my arms, and tell her the stories behind each moment.

Take the photos. Even when you don’t feel photo-ready. Even when the house is messy. Even when life feels ordinary.

Because one day, these ordinary moments will be the ones you’d give anything to have back.

AI can create beautiful images. It can recreate a moment that never happened.

But it can’t give you your memories.

It can’t give you the photograph of your child exactly as they were, in the home you built, during the season of life you were actually living.

Your memories deserve to exist beyond your camera roll.
