"It is only when the mind is free from the old that it meets everything anew, and in that there is joy.”

Being underwater gives the chance to be free, to move with the water, to enjoy the feeling of weightlessness. A place where you can do the things gravity wouldn't allow you to. Shieda pushed the underwater world to its limits and beyond while looking absolutely amazing!

I thought I'd share some more shots from older shoots, and this was one shoot I still love to this day! Shieda doing the most amazing yoga poses underwater was mind-blowing - definitely a shoot I'll never forget!

It may not be underwater, but there was water, and it was filled with glitter! I still find tiny bits of this glitter in my house. And I did spend about an hour trying to save 98% of the glitter so it didn't go down the drain!

I realised I'd not shared this special shoot of an extraordinary lady! For all those who know that .makeup does make up for my underwater shoots, she is also a very dear friend to me.
