• No work will be printed, produced, edited, or delivered until full payment has been received.

• We only accept immediate payment for services rendered. If payment is made via standard bank transfer, work and products will only be released once the funds have reflected in our account.

• We do not accept last-minute bookings, especially for weddings, events, photography, videography, and media coverage. Early booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date and time.

• Designing, printing, photography, videography, editing, and content creation are separate services and are charged independently unless stated otherwise in a package.

• Please do not request discounts or negotiate based on personal financial circumstances. All quotations are carefully calculated, and quoted prices are final.

• We maintain a professional business relationship with all clients. Business transactions are conducted professionally and separately from personal feelings, friendships, or family relationships.

• Booking dates are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, depending on the service requested.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, and content before printing or final production. We are not liable for errors approved by the client.

• Any additional revisions, changes, or amendments requested after project approval may attract additional charges.

• Raw photographs, videos, project files, and editable design files remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project scope, client response times, and production requirements.

• Rush orders and urgent projects may be subject to additional fees.

• We reserve the right to decline projects, bookings, or requests that fall outside our services, capacity, or professional standards.

• Respectful communication is expected from both parties at all times. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of services.

• By booking our services or making payment, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
