Today marked the official start of a project that has been months in the making.

Behind the scenes, it’s been a journey of drafting training manuals, fundraising through my photography sessions, and designing a comprehensive beginner curriculum from the ground up.

To kick off the final fundraising efforts, I hosted an intensive expat workshop today, guiding 4 incredible students through all 8 modules of the course.

The momentum doesn’t stop here. This Monday, May 25th, I will officially begin training classes at the MPC Vocational School in Mukuru. I’ll be taking 8 students through the full 8-module program, with the hope of igniting a lifelong creative passion and providing a tangible, empowering skill.

I always say my favorite photos are the ones where you can feel the emotion. That was certainly the case with this recent shoot! We had such a wonderful time, filled with laughter and love.

It's incredibly important to me to respect my clients’ privacy, so while you won't see the kiddos adorable faces here, I’m thrilled to share a glimpse of the gorgeous, "lit from within" look of this incredible mama.
She made my job so easy and was such a fabulous subject!
