I am thinking of offering a service to convert peoples 8mm and super 8mm films to digital video using a proper film scanner. (A machine which scans the individual frames on the film surface, no optical transfers). Would anybody be interested in such a service? I also do Old VHS cassettes to digital as well.

So at this time of year, I am reminded of the passing of Mandela, and a story I did outside his house in Houghton with the artist Usha Seejarim. What an interesting work.
