The iSEMcon EMX-7150 — a measurement mic that earns its place in your kit.

When you're trying to get a system right, the last thing you need is a measurement microphone that introduces its own inaccuracies. The EMX-7150 gives you a Class 1 frequency response from 10 Hz to 20 kHz, handles up to 145 dB SPL, and runs on phantom power anywhere from 12 to 52 V — so it works equally well on a console preamp or a wireless RF transmitter in the field.

The stainless steel body is built for outdoor work. The Neutrik XLR connector seals watertight. The capsule and electronics are factory-replaceable, which makes this a long-term tool rather than something you'll be replacing in a few years. Every unit ships with its own individual calibration data — freefield and diffusefield — and it's available in factory-matched pairs and quads certified to within ±0.5 dB of each other.
