Touchdown.
This little blue beauty lands on our aloe trees every morning and in the afternoon with a flock of his friends. Usually there is about three blue ones and the rest is in kind of a ripening mango colours. Once they find a mate, they are inseparable and stay together for life, loyal and affectionate, hence their beautiful name -love birds.
I will share some more of the other colours soon. Juts love them, a little bit of magic outside the window, and so much more precious to see them free, flying in a wild, where they suppose to be and not in a cage ❤️🦜

The rocking team of NoLimits CrossFit, recently hosted a vibrant week-long retreat for a group of international athletes who combined training with unforgettable local adventures. Each day brought a new activity designed to challenge both body and mind while showcasing the natural beauty of the region. While mornings were dedicated to invigorating CrossFit sessions keeping them on track with their fitness goals the splendour of our Sunshine Coast wasn’t left out of their bucket list. Beach adventures , wildlife safaris, supping, kayaking and horse riding was just some of the activities they encountered, making unforgettable memories in our beautiful town, there was truly NO LIMITS throughout this amazing adventure 💪🌊☀️
