What did we hear again and again at Schoolscape 2026?

We run a structured, disciplined, volume-based production environment, and we are looking for a Junior Retoucher who is organised, precise, and committed to quality.

eprints is looking for a Junior Retoucher to join our post-production team. The role focuses on preparing school portraits for our online shop through consistent colour correction, neat retouching, and accurate cropping. This is a technical, detail-focused role suited to someone who enjoys precision and structured processes.

Batch retouch of school portraits and group photography.

Apply clean-up where necessary

Ensure consistent exposure, white balance and tone

Crop and align images to preset standards

Prepare final files for upload

Support quality control checks across large jobs

Lightroom & Photoshop knowledge essential

Ability to work efficiently with volume

Portfolio or sample work preferred
