An ode to an era.

Becoming a mum of two was such a heart expansion. I remember going from a mum of 1, worrying how I would divide my heart, but instead it DOUBLED. I had so much anxiety about giving less of myself to my first, only to realise, that every time I look at them playing together, bonding, becoming best friends… it was the BEST and most selfless thing I could ever do for them. . Give them each other.

Now going into 3 I don’t have those worries. I can enjoy it all so much more just knowing that all will be well. Trusting the process. Knowing my heart will EXPAND even more, the way it needs to ❤️‍🔥 and that MORE JOY and MORE LOVE is on the way.

Even though you just don’t know HOW your love could grow, the simple act of getting to be a mother and experiencing these feelings are the greatest lessons of my life.

So grateful I get to experience it all again. And grow our family. And grow the love. And the thing I’m most excited for is to see my two cuties get a baby sister to adore.
