Impromptu shoot, with the beautiful Shani!

I curated, so to say, these images from start to finish. Shani let me get her hair all messy and wild, do her make-up, remove it, and then do it all over again. Then she waited patiently for me to troubleshoot all my studio equipment (it's been a while). Such a great sport! Thank you, Shani.

What do you think of the floral head-piece? I started collecting beautiful items like this to use in shoots. I'll post some pics soon.

Phew! It's been a long time since I've been active on this page, but I'm back and ready to start shooting!

Where was I and what was I doing!?

Well... I was teaching. It started at a college in Pretoria where I lectured for a year, and then somehow I found myself teaching in China for three years.

It was an incredible journey which sadly, was brought to a screeching halt when our family suffered two terrible losses.

But I'm finding my feet and ready to start shooting again. Keep an eye out on this page. I'll be updating my services and posting some promotions soon.
