3 SIMPLE STEPS…to soft smooth feet✌🏼

A good friend of mine shared her foot scrub recipe with me that seems to be doing the job, I'm happy to share it with you as well

Step 1 - Plan your oils
5 drops Copaiba Essential oil
5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
5 drops PanAway Essential oil
1 cup of sugar or Epsom salt (I like Epsom salt for the extra benefit of magnesium it contains)
1/2 cup of coconut oil - the one you can cook with OR V6 carrier oil which is a combo of 6 great carrier oils

Step 2 - Mix your oils
Mix them all together and VOILA

Step 3 - Get your oils

I decided to go the chemical free route when I had my first encounter with an oil called D I G I Z E & when i read that I use 180 chemicals on my body BEFORE BREAKKIE😱

Since then, I have taken on the role as gatekeeper to our family and really looking into WHY
we are getting ill instead of just putting a band aid over the symptom.
