One of my favourite parts of every graduation session is making time for the people who helped you get here.

Whether it’s your partner, your family or your closest friends, these moments deserve to be documented too.

A graduation may celebrate one person’s achievement, but it’s also a celebration shared with the people who encouraged you, believed in you and stood beside you through every season.

Those are the photos that often end up meaning the most years later.

That’s why I’ll always make time for the hugs, the laughter, the proud smiles and the people who made the journey a little easier.

Graduation sessions are about so much more than the qualification.

Of course we’ll capture the classic portraits you’ll proudly use for years to come, but my favourite part is creating photos that truly feel like you.

The laughter between poses.
The little moments of confidence.
The excitement that’s impossible to fake.

I want you to look back at these photos years from now and remember exactly how this day felt…not just what you achieved, but how proud you were of yourself.

A gentle kind of love that spoils a little more, hugs a little tighter, and creates memories that will be treasured for generations to come.

This beautiful session at Licht Studio was all about celebrating the precious bond between grandparents and their little ones – the giggles, cuddles, kisses, and the kind of love that only family can give.

Family sessions aren’t about perfect smiles or perfectly behaved little ones. They’re about capturing the love that fills your home right now – the chaos, the laughter, the cuddles and the in-between moments you’ll one day miss the most.

Because these tiny seasons pass far too quickly, but photographs let us hold onto them just a little longer.

The people who know your heart best are often the ones who have loved you the longest. 🤍

There is something so special about gathering generations together – parents, siblings, children and grandchildren – all in one frame, each person carrying a piece of the family’s story.

This beautiful session at Licht Studio was a celebration of family, love, and just spending precious moments together. Because one day, these photographs will become treasured reminders of this season and the people who made it so special.

I absolutely looooove extended family sessions, in studio or outdoors, they are so much fun and I really love getting to work with such amazing people!
