Terms & Conditions:
1. Your session(s) needs to be PAID IN FULL before midnight on the 6th of August 2025 (pay now and book the date later).
2. vouchers are ONLY VALID for eight months from the date of purchase (or else they are forfeited).
3. IMPORTANT: This special price DOES NOT include traveling costs (if applicable), venue/studio hire (if applicable) or entry fees to venue (if applicable).
4. The special will run from today (29 July 2025) and will end on Wednesday, 6 August 2026.
5. Sessions will last 45 minutes and you will receive 35 HR edits on an online gallery + 50km complimentary.
6. vouchers CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other vouchers booked with Zoë Salzwedel Photography. (One voucher per session!)

Terms & Conditions:
1. Bookings on the CHRISTMAS IN JULY SPECIAL is only valid between Wednesday (16 July 2025) and Wednesday (6 August 2025).
2. The CHRISTMAS IN JULY SPECIAL is only valid for weddings taking place between 1 August 2025 and 31 December 2026.
3. The FREE couple/engagement session is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. It’s free, our gift to you!
4. A BOOKING FEE of R5 000 secures your booking and wedding date.
5. The BOOKING FEE has to be paid by Wednesday, 6 August 2025, or else your booking will be forfeited.
6. The BOOKING FEE is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within FOUR MONTHS from the date of the wedding.
7. You will be required to sign a “Wedding Service Agreement” upon booking.
8. The CHRISTMAS IN JULY SPECIAL does not include travelling costs (outside of the complimentary km’s), toll fees or accommodation for the photography crew.
9. PAYMENT PLAN options are available. For more information on these, please share your wedding date and venue, and we’ll share a personalised payment plan for you to choose from.
10. The CHRISTMAS IN JULY SPECIAL can’t be used in conjunction with the once-off payment discount mentioned in our packages PDF.
