To be featured alongside artists whose work I admire and who inspire me - from all around the world, and right here in South Africa - is something I will always feel thankful and proud of.

Motherhood at home.
at home with her girls.

This April I’m opening a small number of Motherhood at Home sessions.

Short documentary sessions photographed in your home. The home with crumbs on the table and piles of pillows down the hallway because the floor is lava. Beds unmade and forts in the lounge. Paint and paper, sand art and one million koki’s lying on the kitchen table. Hands in and out of cookie jars and the constant request for juice. Pancakes being made and eaten as they come off the pan, way too much maple syrup being poured by independent little toddlers and at least one child wrapped up in your arms.

Note to self! Don’t leave camera bag in long grass…I will forget it and end up retracing my steps to find it, nearly having a mild heart attack mid session 🫣🤣
