A sliver of sails from David Gara’s ship echoes tales of migration, mirroring the complexities of a city layered by the many versions of itself. The towering facades, stand tall like giants only because the voices from below and within weave the essence of the city as tapestry of resilience.

It has been my absolute pleasure, over the last year, to jump in the mix, and photograph some of Johannesburgs best parties.

throw the best parties! With such attention to detail, amusements and the cutest easter eggs. The Music is pretty groovy too.
