Draft a detailed quote according to the client's expectations and send it via email. Once approved, proceed to the next step:
- Obtain your personal Proof of Bank Account. You can get this printed for free by visiting your bank, or download it from your banking app and print it later.
- Obtain your personal Proof of Bank Account. You can get this printed for free by visiting your bank, or download it from your banking app and print it later.
- Get a Client Account Profile from your bank. This document includes your personal details, contact details, account details, employer income details (the estimated amount for your services), employer details (your client's details), and your card details.
- Provide a copy of your personal Identity Book or Identity Card.
- Fill out the Supplier Information Form provided by the organization you are servicing. This form will include your client's billing details and your details such as full name, ID number, address, contact name and number, email address, bank name, and account number.
- Sign and date the Supplier Information Form, and get it stamped by your bank on the same date.
- Finally, email on the following four documents:
* Proof of Bank Account
* Client Account Profile
* Copy of ID
* Completed Supplier Information Form
(Make sure all the dates correspond with one another, including the bank stamp, your signature date, and the date you send these documents to your client.)
