15 March visiting the Wilderness area on a camping weekend with friends. Some lovely birds around camp but the highlight definately the Rondevlei bird hide at Sedgefield. Lovely meeting some keen birders a lit more knowledgeble than myself. Loved the Darters posing for portraits. Thank you Colleen and Sue

Special post for CJ ( the famous Cheetah) and her 5 cubs at . We participated in the Cheetah Tracking activity, I would highly recommend. CJ’s mom was killed by lions when she was 9mnts old and the Cheetah father raised her. Not the normal behaviour for Cheetahs.

Ethosa - a highlight is the camp's waterhole. It is easy to access anytime of the day and we enjoyed the sighting of Black rhinos and giraffes having a drink at about 9pm.

A bucket list item ✅ Eye level hides is any photographer's dream and in SA they are all at very amazing private game lodges that is really not for our normal South African's budget. Onguma Safari Camps borders on and have the Onkolo eye level hide. It was the most amazing experience and thank you to Samuel and the team for a 1st class reception at Onguma's Tamboti Campsite. We will be back!
